Trimmed. Side note - Making the mold the same color as the part makes it a heck of a lot harder to use the mold to trim the part.

Tray removed

Some corrective body work, but I'm out of time so it'll be as it is.

Pissers installed

Didn't like where the front wheel was so I used the piece I cut out of the tray to move it forward by 1 bolt pattern. Now instead of the front bolts holding on the pole, the rear ones do and the old rear bolts support the plate. Also, in addition to the plate, I added a second spacer washer to bring the nose up a total of approx 2mm.

Pole installed when the wheel was. Had to change out the front bolts to hex because I couldn't get the allen in with the pole together.

Tennis racket grip tape over the PVC.

I love this... Dad of the year for sure! I wish I was going to daytona to see it in person. Iwas thinking about this and Im not back peddling on my 300sx donation, but when she out grows it as a walker how about building a hull for it and using an electric trolling motor in a tube to move it around on calm days, my 6 year old daughter would love this, then 300sx engine time....

300sx would be too much for this thing anyway. I did consider the trolling motor. I was thinking about running dual 1100 GPM bilge pumps. Also looked into RC boat motors. I think it would need pontoons or outriggers to work. I'd also need to shorten the pole. Also would need a real hood.

My mother is brilliant. She put shoe polish on the front left by the pissers to hide the sanding scratches. Little glossier than the gelcoat but no more so than the epoxy repairs that haven't been sanded yet. The epoxy doesn't really show that much in the pictures but the scratches do. Polish hides it. Good pictures will make me feel better about the bad layup until I can fix it.

bolt it together at the bond line like the old water dawg customs and put charging port access to the outside... if it was electric you'd only ever have to take the deck off to replace the battery, anyway this is taking away from your amazing push toy you made for your child, this thing is awesome and you are the best dad ever!!

Are you going to make another one?$

i currently have no plan to but it was built with mold and with a few things in mind.

This pole will not flip forward because I wanted it mounted low and it hits the bolts but the nose piece has the angle it does in front of the pole so the pole could flip forward and be pulled by an adult. It does not have a hood but the intention was to turn it into a cooler. The uncut tray is big enough to hold a gas can or a tool box intentionally.

The bars on this thing were suppose to turn but I ran out of time because of the body repair. The bars are suppose to be connected to the front when but that will happen later now. With that in mind, one of these with the rear tray intact would have a sold rear axle and be a powered stand on version.

Lastly, as I have expressed several times that I was disappointed in the layup. That's not just because of my time line. This project was to prove I could build my own hull. Everything went perfect except the layup which I know I could have done properly. Anyway, practicing vacuum bagging or vacuum infusion is a good reason to build a second one of these.

I currently have no plan to sell any. I think they'd be too expensive.

Those are my legs in the left of the picture in post 54. I'm a super awesome celebrity and I get in pictures and stuff. It's okay to be jealous. Someday you might be cool enough to be cropped out of someone's photo too.
