He made it look simple,

Little bit of brap under the hood & I think it will come right around, decent 3-4ft wave, hit it as its almost breaking... Thats my plan atleast

I plan to flip my Blaster soon

You want to ride up the wave as much as possible as apposed to cutting through it. That means going REALLY slow on your approach and waiting until you are almost to the wave before hammering it. Hit the wave late meaning it should already be breaking or just about to. Once you are air born do not let go no matter what. This part is easy to tell yourself and really hard to do when things go bad. Also plan on breaking fiberglass if (when) you don't make it. I have reinforced myself blue in the face and have everything living through pancakes now except for the top hood. Trim is not needed but would certainly help. An extended ride plate will make it tougher, d-cut will make it easier.

My friend and member on here 100mphsteve flipped a b1 . He flips sj all day long so he had the skills . B1 was bone stock apart from stainless prop and footstraps ! Wave was 6ft + . He said he was pretty scared to do it but when did he pulled on them bars at the top and was surprised how quick it came round not a great deal of height considering the wave size but came in on the nose no problem . He reckons it rolls easy aswell but he did rip hood/seat off later and sink it lol ! I will see if I can get him to chime in on here for ya

why? the fixed steering makes me feel like its less intimidating. but the fixed steering may make it harder to do a BF due to less leverage?? idk

I would think more intimidating because it's a bigger/heavier boat.
