Each subsequent replacement will be harder to obtain. In my experience, they replaced the first two without question. The third they played games on, lied to me, and finally sent out a replacement weeks later. It's still NIB as I'm scared to use it. I've switched to Antigravity and that's what I recommend for my customers. They have been great for me since the end of September.

Worst battery ever! I have had 3 batteries go dead it 1.5 years. One was warrantied as it failed in 6 months, but the warrantied battery only lasted 9 months. NO support from Ballistic. I managed to take it apart and take out the one bad cell and fiberglass it back together, works great. Removed the balance port to remove any corrosion issues as it is a poor design for watercraft. I am working on battery #2 and tear it apart and fix it like the other one. Only 5000mHa less but still strong enough to crank. Ballistic will give you every excuse NOT to warranty this!
