Well, I tried a few more the past weekish.
Ovila Quad was pretty damm good. Liked it a lot and will get it again.
The Tide and its Takers is a sour beer and I didn't like it too much. Sour was good, but had a funk about it I didn't dig too much.
Phantome Printemps tasted like it may have started out ok, but reminds me of what a compost pile may taste like. I'm sure others like it, just not me.
Hoptologist was amazing! Very tasty.
Also had some Ranger IPA which was also a very good brew. Good stuff.
Phantome De Noel is not too shabby! Pretty good. Not quite as good as the Ovila Quad.

So far my favorite is the Cuvee Blau (or whatever the correct name is) That stuff is like heaven in a bottle.

I've bean drinking hoptimum on draft all week. Its dangerous how easily drinkable that 11 percent beer is.
I had Pliny the YOUNGER on draft yesterday. Delicious.... And really hard to get a pour. Kegs are usually gone 30 mins after being tapped. With lines out the door. Your guys are all missing SF beer week! I wish it would never end!

Wife just picked up 4 more bottles of Pliny the Elder. A place up here is tapping Elder and Younger in the same night as an event, problem is it's 2 hours away this Monday night. Really tempted to take Tuesday off and get a room....but I really don't have any vacation days to spare this year. All of a sudden I'm feeling an eye problem coming on.

Nick you need to get your ass down here for SF beer week next year. About 30 to 40+ events ever night all over the bay with tons of unreleased and specially made beers from world class breweries... Its a fight to just figure put what event put tap takeover to go to!
