I not sayin, I just gotta keep my company car outta sight if I ever hit the zone as an observer, hehehe. yeah the only decent bar that has a broad selection is Wills on Mills . You need to give up the 411 on who's in daytona that has an actual good beer on hand( non tap)! As I'm actually in Deltona temporarily helping family that's outta work and daytonas' closer than downtown for now.

I work at Bottle Caps. we have 340 beers for sale and the bar that is attached to the store is McK's Tavern, they have 30 taps and about 150 bottles.. By far the best selection in Daytona. 216 S Beach Street.... Come on down...

dammit, now i just gotta figure how much a ride back home is..... i know me, and when i run across a decent bar that has some nice brews i always end up tore up. maybe i need to just dig out my sleepin bag so i can toss it in the bed after i had me fill.

One of our local liquor stores is doing growlers now. 5 or 6 taps only, but they are trying to get in some brews that don't get bottled. So that's kinda cool. I grabbed a couple last week. One (non bottled limited run) from Great Basin. It was their Oatmeal Stout. Very tasty!! And the other was Old Rasputin Stout. Also good brew. Going to refil one today, but not sure with what yet. My son fills his with Innis and Gunn Rum Cask. Good, but a little sweet.

Okay, I'll play. Yesterday I had Ninkasi double red ale, I usually prefer amber ales but this was very good. I went riding a couple weeks ago and one of the guys brought a keg of smoked porter that he made. It was his second attempt, it had good flavor but a bitter aftertaste. I think a couple more batches and he'll have it dialed.
