I have WDK footholds... With larger feet, these seem to do the trick.
This is a skewed viewpoint because I have never experience any other footholds...
P.S. they were a bitch to install...
If I were you I would go with adjustable ones all the way (if you have the cash). This way if you don't like the placement, they can be changed without a nightmare standing in your way... (A.K.A. Rickter or B.O.B. footholds)

Dont need footholds to roll.
I have 615 holds on my skis. I never ride both feet back tho, ever. I ride surf stance always, so one hold is useless to me. I change my feet position way to much for even adjustable bob holds to work. I am starting a new build with full length footholds, and a strap positioned where my front foot usually is.
Its all going to be preference tho.

I wouldn't do the WDK holds again. They were kind of a pain to install. I liked the Watercraft factory holds.......don't know if he has made them taller though. I like to be able to run 25mm pad on the top and bottom of the holds and not all holds have room.
Haven't tried the 615 holds.
Tom21 makes some nice holds for cheap too.

Tom is a great guy and several guys have loved his footholds I put in a buddy's ski!
I have only tried blowsions in the past so I cant compare to many.

Tom21 footholds are great.
I have a set from him and they are very nice and they also accept 25mm padding.
The exhaust side foothold is also molded with a hump in it to make it an easy install and you won't need to do any modifications to your exhaust tube.
