best tool to cut ride plate?

What are you guys using to cut the ride plate. Was thinking a dremel, but it'll take a heck of a long time to cut. Maybe a angle grinder?

i used a jig saw with the plate clamped to my work bench (bottom of plate facing up). Then used my dremmel to radius the cut edges.

It's a pneumatic jigsaw and thanks for reminding me, I borrowed one of these a few months back for my build and it worked awesome. I meant to buy one ot the time but then forgot.

This is the Chicago Pneumatic one but ebay has lots of cheaper ones listed.

hass cnc mill with a standard garr 3/8" 3flute carbide end mill in an extended lyndex solid endmill toolholder.
3"rad r.2 on the corners.

What's a good radius for the D-cut? I was planning on cutting back to the steering nozzle pivot.
