New BIG BORE 781 Freestyle Ported JetManiac/Blue Motor

it was a long weekend breaking in my BB781 and while I doing the breaking in I was like thinking it felt like my 735cc with good pull..i was kind off disappointed it felt like this I was expecting to pull harder knowing it a BB781...BUT after 2 tank and following Jetmaniac's instruction to the "T" and even torque down the ada head bolts.read Chris's instruction again and it read it may need little adjustment to the carbs,so took a day off to tune my carbs, did I say it had a good pull....good is not the word for this motor...this motor pull fricking hard from low to high and I had to take couple of Advil...It been a long time since i had pains on my arms from riding a ski.anyways I like to thank Jetmaniac and Blue for building me a powerful motor and not hurting my budget for my phantom build and supporting our sport..

thanks again
Jetmaniac/Blue

If I send in a 61x cylinder to be resleeved with big bore sleeves/ported along with 62t cases for porting how much will that run? Add pro-x piston kit to that also.

Water test tomorrow. Primed it and it started first pull!

Hey Chris & Blue!
Great pix of the motor you built for my Blaster!
I'm getting really excited to get this motor next week, and as soon as the rest of my ski is prepared, install it, get past the gentle break-in period and see for myself how hard this rips!!
Chris, thanks for all your patience answering all my questions and making this a great experience so far!
THANKS AGAIN!!

You will love it. Mine is a total beast in my Havoc. Buddy of mine with a 1107 even commented on how hard it it and swears it pulls as hard as some 850/900's he's ridden before. Congrts and good luck with it

Thanks CJ! My B1 is a bit heavier than your Havoc, but I'm getting excited to find out what the new JM/Blue 781BB can do for me and do to me!! I'll get the motor delivered in about a week, and I still have a lot of prep to do to my 94 B1 before I can put the motor in... Hopefully by mid Sept I might be able to give a report out... Thanks again for your post!
