LiPo are funky, Burst Vs Continous Rates, Internal Resistance is less. This could allow your starter to pull more Amps in the circuirt.

Starter Resistance + Line Resistance + Battery Resistance = Total Circuit Resistance. If that number drops your RPMs will increase. I(current) = Volts/resistance
