Blaster Blaster 1100 Kawi Exhaust setup Rad Dudes

Stock 1100 waveraider box has a different intake tube size than the outlet of the kawi 1100 pipe. You could either buy a reducer to make the change in diameter work, or cut off the inlet tube of the waterbox and weld on the proper size. IMO, unless you have access to a welder, just buy the rad dudes set up and move onto a different part of the build.

Like Scotty Said, the box is cut drilled intel is changed the 2.5 and exit gets a special cut for increased flow. Then everything is rewelded and powder coated black.
We also do sell a 90 alum with a 45 silicone to get from the water box to the exit. Its a part we need to add to the site.

What kind of clamps are those in the picture above? Would like to get some for my exhaust system. Standard hose clamps worry me! Thanks

Another question for you guys, is is possible to install the rear exhaust set up without an access panel on rear deck? Cant be easy but how about just using the battery box hole?

I don't know about their set up but if you are just using a 760 box you can do it without cutting anything. I just finished mine.

It's a modded 760 box. A lot of water testing went into this box setup. You can't just stick a stock box on an 1100.
But yes it just drops in from the battery box area.
