I know our group heard about this over a week ago and have since made other plans at another ride spot here in pa. I wish it wasnt the case but its hard to risk hotel fees and time off work for something that isnt a sure 100% all because someone dropped the ball.

Thanks for taking matters into your own hands. Maybe you can make it a sure thing for next year since it has been abandoned. I know alot of people would help to keep it alive for years to come.

Hopefully things get worked out. We are supposed to get some good surf thursday thru sunday. I could of stayed home without wasting $$ on a house rental on a beach we cant ride.


Any way you look a it its pretty irresponsible leading on this event and it falling through without mentioning it to anyone on here until someone finds out and calls it out.

I have a 36k Maintenance to do on my truck + Pads + get all the gear and skis ready. It will be a few late nights getting ready. When will we know for sure? No cell phone is killing me for not being able to contact all of you guys to see whats up.

Today was the last day I could cancel my hotel without being charged for a day. I didnt want to risk $150 to not be able to ride on the beach. Good luck to the guys trying to save the ride.

I think @JRock637, myself and a couple others are in the same boat. I know a couple of friends have houses and are unable to cancel.

Worst case scenario , there's a free ramp at the Brigantine Rowers Club and drive around to the Kove ! Make our own event
