this is the XTF i bought in jan 2009 from norcal ex. it was basically new with a few months on it.
it was the sickest thing out at the time and i just had to have it.
dasa 5mm lamey power valve stroker,85mm bore, 850 it was called.
blew it up last season, when the POS hot rods rod snapped in half, cut the motor in half.
replaced it with the -5 superfreak badass, but now its time to get it back together.
i traded it off for that rickter i'm selling, but bought it back a few days later.
it was complete, minus the motor and electronics, but the kid i traded with, tore it pretty much apart, so here we go.
the motor and pump are set back 2" with alternate engine mount inserts and a special XFT 2" thick pump shoe.
alternate holes mount the pump 2" back, so this thing looked pretty crazy in 2008 with the pump hanging out the back.
with everything moved back, it makes flipping much easier. oh, and the hull is a -3 slant cut on the back.
with everything moved back, it rides very nose up until you plain out, so the short pole is a must or it would be in your grill, trying to get on it.DSCF3682.jpgDSCF3685.jpgDSCF3683.jpgDSCF3686.jpgDSCF3690.jpgDSCF3684.jpgDSCF3688.jpgDSCF3687.jpgDSCF3689.jpg

pump that came out of it will be going back in it. never mess with a winning combo. stock pump with TBM pump stuffer, mag big hub swirl prop. never had it out so dont know the pitch. modified protec trim ring on mod stock reduction nozzle. robbed the turn nozzle for a trim setup i sold. got lots to replace it with. splines on the shaft are perfect.midshaft has been machined back 2" to press on farther, for the setback motor and pump.DSCF3697.jpgDSCF3698.jpgXFT turnplate, straight bars, blowsion trigger and riva trim lever modified. sealed bearing system.some green hose, 750 sxi pro battery box that bolts in the middle between the tank and motor, XFT hood latch and stuff that came off and going back on.DSCF3699.jpgthose are the hardest saggy titties you never felt!

The back of that hood looks like some saggy tits..

That my boy is an xft x-7 hood only second to the x-9 . ....... of which I have one ..... The sexiest hood ever produced IMO .

Buzzard, this is a UNICORN . Sergio made some great stuff. I'll be selling a hood you NEED in a few months to complete this death star. You guys notice the rear rocker . Is this the appropriate time where we say everyone copied XFT :reporter:

yep, thats my green boat in your center pic. that was just after it was built and before i bought it. i left it just the way it was, but the kid i traded with, took all the stickers off. i could have bought that hood you have, with it at the time, but i didnt need or want to pay for it. i already came out of pocket an unheard of amount, at that time. XFT must have used some top quality green, cause it has not faded one bit in the last 5 years.

Man I realllllly wanted this hull back when it was for sale a little while back. It was just a lil too far out of my budget. Are you building this back up to ride or to sell it?

it will be up for sale pretty much as soon as its complete. i've got way too much money just sitting around, not getting used.

I was looking at it when it was up for sale and the one at the Freestyle Factory too. Looks like I wont be riding for at least a year or more. Someone is gonna get a nice boat for sure. Hulls were of the highest quality.

ride report? i've been riding this thing for 3 years, until i put the freak together. it barrel rolls so nice, lands smooth and lets you ride off into the sunset after rolls. no falling off and climbing back on every time. i saw it backflip flat water before i bought it, but i'm pretty big and heavy and i dont like wasting gas making setup wakes, so i just chase wake board or bigger boat wakes. backflips, for me, off a small wake. a skeleton behind the bars and the sky's the limit.

XFT stuff is always legit. I'd rock that hull all day long.
