maybe slamming was the wrong word. But you made reference that if he did not then " its called customer service, either you have good customer service or you don't" Your implying that Brian does not have good customer service if he does not do anything about this.

I am stating that if you are a dealer for a part (in this case he is the only dealer) you should try to help. I know I have in the past in similar situations, when I say help I simply mean make a phone call, thats it,nothing else,that way this can all be settled quickly and easily, either Jeff says yeah I will send out the hood or he says no I am not honoring that certificate, finato done !

When it comes to cake, I am not picky. It could be a pink and blue cake with the words Pantex on it and I wouldn't think twice, lol.

WOW! I don't know where to start.

First of all, nothing has showed up yet. Yes I still have the certificate not that it really matters in my opinion. I have talked to Dan (Fusion) from the Wavejunkies about this hood and he has gone above and beyond to try to help me with this. By no means am I upset at them, I am in debt to them for the amazing ride they put on every year.

Second, leave Brian out of this! This has nothing to do with him. I posted this to make everyone aware of the situation and because after almost two years of frustration I felt I had to do it. In a way this was my way of saying good bye to the idea of ever getting my hood.

For all those that are "helping" me by posting on this thread, if you really want to help me then start bombarding Jeff with phone calls or emails. This would probably be just as time consuming as posting in this thread. For all contact information just look at the first post and that's everything you need to know.

I appreciate every one who is actually trying to help. I am sorry for all the negative repercussions that have occurred due to this thread.

It just that most people were taught to fulfill their commitments, . and those that do fulfill them , get pissed off at others that just continuously say they will !!! , thats why we have to have a negative feedback forum .......... just the facts here ! You own a business CattleDog , you know what im saying here ! please don't sugarcoat a bad apple because someone else will pay good money only to be waiting for an unreal amount of time ! it is what it is .. 2+ friggan years lol ! come on , if a person can't produce then dont promise ! i've payed direct to his bank account ... once i had him on the phone
and he was telling me the hood is already shiped .... this is two months
ago ... i'm sick about bussiness like this ...
