Just to clear things up -
Paul is an admin (and site owner). Kathy was a mod. I've never seen either of them delete or edit a post concerning any business issues with LPW or any other company, that I recall (with the exception of Full Throttle)
Kathy voluntarily gave up her moderator position after accidentaly editing one of Pete's posts. I've done it in the past - it's very easy to make the mistake. When a regular user makes a post - you have an "edit" and "quote" button at the lower right.
We get an "edit" and "quote" button on every post. It's easy to click the wrong button. I've done it several times myself. But then I caught myself before I submitted.

I don't know Pete from Adam.I don't know Paul real well either,we did meet for breakfast earlier this year scouting for sites for the freeride.I owe no allegience to either.I do know what I have seen posted here however.Pete this is not the first time you have come on here ranting and raving and generally making everyones life miserable,its also not the first time your post have had to be moved and ,or cleaned up.Man up, call Paul and discuss any problems you have with him in person,he seems like a reasonable guy to me..

I rant a little to much... But half the people dont have enough balls to say anything... and so many people are getting dicked.
I just had enough, when half my friends sitting on big dollar motors and then they blow anyway.. So after I blew my motor this weekend, that was it... I am sick of SEEing motor after motor after motor blown by pauls lack of R&D whatever... Its Bull... and I understand if something happens but paul is doing all this new motor stuff and its not proven.. and this is what he thre Dan stien under the bus for... SO maybe I am an asshole for all this.. But so is he for beating so many... Sorry.

my magoo freestyle ported 760 back up motor .had problems the sleeves that were installed dropped and i think 3 time certs came out . had another builder fix problems.

OK...Since my name was mentioned in that list, here's my 2 cents. Yes, I bought motor from Jr. Magoo's (Paul). Since then,he has moved and re-named his business to LPW. Everyone knows this already. I ordered a stock stroke Lamey that took awhile to finally get (because of the move). But it did not "blow up". The problem with that motor was a casting imperfection on the carburetor side of the cylinder, just above the "DASA" stamping. A 1" long crack leaked/sprayed a small amount of water on the carbs that could have been "bandaided" with some JB weld. When I called Paul,he said send it back. He took care of it right away. Don Lamey sent a new ported cylinder that was forwarded to me at N/C.
Lucky for me that I had a freshly ported 61X cylinder setup to drop back on the bottom end so no riding time was lost (It's running so good I don't want to take it apart).
I hate to get involved with any of the "BS" threads, but....there you go.
Pete, I had a good time riding with you & the guys last weekend. I hope you get things between bud's worked out.

Actually, If you want to know... According to Ring side.... Me and another Fellow... Paul copied my porting on my cyl. from last year and year before from Tim Judge motor... It was not his recent porting for the last year and a half. That is why it lasted 200 hours, because it was a copied porting.
Its amazing how much you learn, when not getting feed that you are messing things up !
Problem getting Free Stuff... I bought that motor and Paid Paul for ALL my Parts.. the only sponsorship was he took TIME for porting off any bill.
And if you knew me Unlkesuckme... I go out of my way to use my sponsorships to help others... from Slippery to Klotz !

I can sympathize somewhat Pete,I had a few run ins with SBT on the other site,I bought about 25 engines from them,most boomeranged on me pretty quickly,as the seller and installer I ate quite a bit of that myself as a service to my customers and in an effort to repair their units as quickly as possible.I brought up my concerns on a couple of posts ,but whether I was right or wrong I still looked like an asshat for bringing it up on their site.I see some similarities here.

Pete, I am at a loss for words.......... I hate seeing friends grow apart......
on a side note, I thought that ADA Billet Stroker motor that you ran all last year was part of your sponsorship........ Any body have any idea what that motor is worth? Hey Crammit, you are running one aren't you?.....I would have been honored to have had a motor like that offered to me so I could compete on....... How many competitions did you compete on with that motor? Cant remember if you had that motor in your boat at Myrtle Beach along with that wrap around chamber.
Heck, My TLR Motor took a dump permanently a month ago. Guess I should give Todd LeChance a call and ask him why it failed on me since he built it........

Yes.. I have thanked Him. sent him the business up and down everywhere. I can see if people that are getting these blown motors
