Yes. Bagging is not required. Prep, wet, lay, wet, roll, repeat.

I would assume it's best to try and do the bottom in complete sheets of glass, right? I've been trying to figure out what to do about all the inserts and stuff, perhaps lay the glass out dry, and cut out holes/sections to go around the inserts, then lay it in and wet it out?

Fill holes with clay, lay glass over the top all inserts, use tap to push through the material and tap clay out of the insert.

Better yet, go buy some cheap home depot hardware and run them in all your inserts. Lay your material and then back out the throw away hardware. That's what I do anyway...

Yeah, the tapping idea seems a bit sketchy, I know a lot of people do it, but running a tap in and out loosens up the threads.

I melt wax into my threads, easy to remove and glass won't stick to that area.
