Your pretty intelligent matt... I think you got the picture... Sometimes Swype doesn't always do what i want.And i get carried away swypeing at a stop light or waiting in line in a hurry.

He's told me before why he doesn't want to deal with glass. He's allergic, doesn't want to deal with it, and probably a couple other things I forgot.

We need to talk him out of vinyl ester and into epoxy resin. Maybe that would save the molds. Cost would be more though. May not be worth it for cost savings with epoxy resin over regular carbon layup. I sure don't know. Just thinking and typing at the same time.

IDK. Somehow they were damaged and that stuff is nasty to work with. They decided it wasn't something they wanted to do anymore. I don't blame them. If anyone wants to know more ask Tem.

I thought all of the carbon freaks were pre preg? If I had the oven to cure the parts Id be going that route too.

An oven is easy to make for low temp work, I made one from urethane foam panels that worked great at 140-150F. My room temp epoxy molds didnt like it though. I think a 30psi autoclave could be made from an old propane tank if you are serious about prepreg, it is awfully expensive for a jetski.
