Chin pad comparison FOR STOCK POLES!!!!!

I think it looks way better than the WD pad too. Every body has their opinions. Have you weighed each pad? Looks to me like the blowsion pad weighs less, I don't know.

Looks mean nothing to me. Ask my friends I ride with.

I have no way to weigh them but I would say they are almost identical in weight. However, once the blowsion one absorbs water thru the giant opening in the bottom then I assume it would way about 1 pound more.

It is literally 3 times stronger and thicker...AT LEAST.
I would say they are almost identical in weight
????????

Sorry to hear (for a month) that your Blowsion deal went sour. They're nothing short of great to me and many others. It's just fate that things turn for the worse every now and again...Move on. I've never bought anything from Jeff, and I'm glad you've had good luck w/ him, but if history is any indication, you'll be posting bad feedback on him too fairly soon.

A WDK fits a stock pole and utilizes the entire stock mounting system and is tough as hell.

I have no idea if a UMI pole is the same as stock though.

I am glad Jeff made another person on this forum a believer. People just don’t know what they are missing out on. Good prices, excellent quality and well-built parts.

What are you going to do with that obsolete $250.00 Chin pad now? Can you get your money back? Any idea weather the folks at Blowsion are following your post about them? I just wonder what they think now that they pissed one person off and see the effects it can make.

I am glad you are happy now. I bet by adding that pad to your ski, it makes it hit harder.

My UMI pole has a stock SJ pad. Whats wrong with the stockers? I don't really get the whole point of a carbon pole pad... Doesn't make your ski any faster. :highhorse:
