Cold-Fusion Billet midshaft housings

No doubt! I told Db that I needed a clear coupler cover to show off my Cold Fusion couplers since they look so nice. Doesn't someone make one of those? Blowsion maybe? You can't go without of course - the coupler will splash water all over the engine compartment - and straight into your carbs.

I run small billet couplers and a 550 bilge along with a one way valve with no coupler cover and dual 48s with prox f/a and have no issue with it even in surf and deep stabs

We accidentally discovered this too. The small diameter couplers are far enough from the bottom of the hull that they don't present the same problems with splashing as the stock couplers do.

Another benefit of these great couplers. Good deal.

I need a new one. What are the advantages of running this billet piece?
I've never seen a housing itself go bad, that's why I am wondering.

you should consider making a run of them that will accomodate a kawi driveshaft. that would be handy as hell. what kind of corrosion protection are you planning?
