Pull your tank, drain it, allow ALL fumes to disipate-fill with water, use a heat gun on the side that contacts pipe, heat till soft, press it inward making a dent to clear the pipe.
Takes about 1 hour from start to finish for this project.

Why? You would lose fuel capacity.

Thanks will comes in off-white, red, and black. There are no plans at the moment to have a "clear strip" to see fuel level. You should still be able to see the fuel level when the sun shines on the red one, but no luck on the black one. Just make sure you fuel up when you go in, and you shouldn't have any problems. haha.
Just unscrew the cap and look in! Or make a lexan cap :Banane19:

Awesome! Another product available a/m and better than oem.

Note that the newer production tank (black one) has all the fittings for dual pickup, return, and vent with the filler assembly! No extra holes in the tank to leak.

I am thinking the RCI 1040D tank is the best solution for now as far as a tank for the PFP goes. It's 4 gallons and 9x9x12". I have contacted RCI to see if they will customize a little bit as in no AN fittings and make one in natural instead of black.

What I would REALLY like to see is C/F to make us a custom tank with their fittings and filler made on the tank from day 1.

C/F makes great products that are great solutions to some of the problems we have.

To answer some of your questions, as far as a power factor pipe. we have been looking into it But
the huge issue is the total diversification of hulls these are being put in and battery locations. To design a tank to work with a powerfactor pipe and a superjet , no prob, but to make it fit um lets say each of these hulls

it becomes unpractical if not imposable and we cant compete with an $80 kart tank
We have access to 100% of Jaz products molds, so we can put our fittings and fuel fill in any of them. Combining the RRP bulkhead tank and a Jaz tank is a solution for many

We went forward with this project over a year ago, and as most all of our products it is a replacement for a OEM part and will fit OEM applications. If a superjet tank will fit your ski ,ours will fit better

tanks are 5 gal capacity , 1 inch narrower than OEM sj, and will be plug and play with dual pickups, return and vent all built into the billet top, there is no provision for External fill..
Due to the polymers used, only the "natural" colored tank will you be able to see the fuel in, the red and black are opaque, (fill up before you launch), we can not put a clear strip in them,(well we could but you wouldnt afford it )

natural tanks should be available in the next 10 days, red and black will follow we will have a formal new product release as soon as we have them for sale
