Cool Pics, congrats on being 1st and thanks for the Info!!! Did you come up with the design or have they designed it for you???

thanks. it was pretty much a joint effort. we walked around the ski and i said what i wanted. it only took them 2 times to get it right. it was a breeze, they had the whole thing done in 2 hours.

Very Creative!! How does the wrap handle scratches I mean is it easy to scratch it or??? How easy/hard it is to remove the wrap??? Will it effect the actual paint if you remove the wrap??

its easy to remove. nothing happens to the paint after removal.

its holding up well, but you deff have to be aware that is is vinyl. we wrapped the bottom of the ski to test the durability and its pretty much gone. the sides look great still minus 2 little nicks from flipping it over carelessly on a tote to get water out of the motor. but other then that its doing good!

Thanks for the Info, one last thing..... did you pay $500 for the wrap and installation??? How much is the wrap alone?? Thanks

well i guess since i just got my wisdom teeth out and im bored. ill update this thing.

so far ive been riding the living :):):):) out of this thing and its holding up well. the ski has deffinitly let me push my riding to the next level and im stoked on it.

i havnt changed much on this ski since i built it but im about to do a few things pretty soon.

im going to lengthen my pole a bit. its just a tad too short to stand comfortably and i find my self with my pole on my hood alot because my back will start to hurt and..... its not a good look lol my middle bolt on the top adjusable piece on the pole is broken so that will be fun to take out.

im also going to be replacing with my RRP steering sytem with Cold-Fusions new turnplate. sadly i will not be selling my RRP steering because i will be throwing it in the trash. ive had nothing but problems with that system so its going to its home.

im also going to be installing a new X-Metal waterbox wich is great because ill be able to redo my breather tubes and have a better fit and finish. its going to be hard to pull out the old box because i literally kicked the box into place.

one cool mod i did was installing a RRP replacement nozzle quick steer piece. it slides right into the triangle void on the plastic nozzle and is fully adjustable. i kept breaking nozzles from only getting 270 on flatspin 360s and now its solid. i was also able to get waaaay more throw with the RRP pice installed so that was awesome.

i will also be istalling some straps. not sure if im going to ditch the front foot hold just yet.

thinking about maybe getting a slightly longer rideplate aswell.

im also running the prototype Cold-Fusion Billet motor mounts and there AMAZING. so damn awesome. no more kenny keepers. i cant wait til the rest of you guys can get these. there the best.

i m concerned tho about lenghtening my pole about my cable length..... right now my 750 throttle cable is maxed out.... hopefully with my new waterbox it will fee up some length but... we will see.

oh and the Cold-Fusion/Ross Champion flip sticks.... love them

Zack, what got you thinking to go with the longer ride plate? I'm putting a SN throttle in mine today. I know its an expensive/stupid throttle adapter yammy cable, but length wise it looks pretty good. I'll let you know how it works out.

I got a fix for the stupid cable adapter use 2 time cert's to reduce the size m8 then thread a m6 time cert into that, then cut the slot in it with a die grinder no more adapter's for me

Dude, thats genius. SS timesert "adapter" would be 1000x better then brass POS.

What got me the whole idea was pretty much after riding coungs ski. His ski just felt bigger then mine and I felt like I had more confidence at higher speeds. I know his pole is longer but I'm not sure about his rideplate. Carl is running the middle size plate so we could easily switch for a day.... Basically IMO short pole and short plate let's the ski flips faster. I'm really not having an issue with not coming around so that's how this whole idea started. The ski feels great but there's so many adjustment options, I figure why not play around with them.

Im gonna shim my ride plate before i get the longer one was told it works great to shim it with washers

Hmm.... Havnt thought if that.... Could give that a try too.

I'll have to see what you guys are taking about but speaking of that sort if subject. You guys need to tap a either 6 or 4 mill Skrew into the front of the chin pad so it doesn't blow off. I was just using the middle bolt to hold the front of the pad down but the head broke off so I just ran it with the 2 bolts on the side of the chin pad.... On day 3 it blew off.... Now I have a ziptie special $200+ chinpad..... The water gets under the front of the pad and rips it off.

Good point. I thought the chinpad mounting seems rather on the weak side. Are you currently running the longer Rickter pole tubes? Did you cut them/how far do you have them in the pole base/steering?

Yeah it's weak. Just needs a little help.

I don't think they are "rickter" tubes...... Maybe I'm not sure I'll measure the overall length. I didn't cut them down. Heres pics of where there at.

Hard to see but the tubes touch the steering base side.

Also here's a shot of the QuickSteer on the nozzle side I was talking about . I get more throw then what could be possible with out it.
