Guys, I just realized that the mile high mix up is the same weekend as the mile hi meet and greet at pueblo. I have friends going to the mile hi meet and greet and had talked about going with them. Any chance you guys would want to do it at pueblo instead? If not its not a big deal. I could try to just make it to both. Just throwin that out there. I'm not trying to piss on anyone's plans. It would be kinda cool to combine the two massive parties on one lake though

I realize it is in the same weekend. That was by accident, but on the plus side I hoped it would maybe lessen the crowd at lake Meredith.
NO WAY would I want to try it at Pueblo. The meet and greet will make it a disaster. Not to mention the ridiculous mussel inspections and boat ramp loading situation. Did I mention NO WAY!

@FPF No reason why you can't make both... The main day for the Meet & Greet at Pueblo is Saturday. Sunday usually is more mellow, people leaving, etc. So do the Saturday at Pueblo then go to Meredith for Sunday.
On a related side note: *** I will only be at Meredith Sunday *** Thanks to the Meet & Greet, I have to work Saturday. So, I'm totally cool with Sunday being the main day for the Mix-up.

It's not that crazy, but the state parks & wildlife don't tolerate much. Let's just say that they are on high alert for that weekend.

Curious how many people are planning on coming Saturday only? I have heard from a few people, including me, who can only come on Sunday. So I think that will be the main day for a big group. I still encourage anyone who wants to camp all weekend to do so and enjoy it! Hopefully there will be good people to hang out with all weekend.
On another note, I plan on going out there next weekend to check water levels and make sure we are good to go.
