I'll be tossing up a install of home mades into a 550, but I am unsure where they came from.... They just showed up one day, so I tossed em in my 550... I am just putting the page together now, and I think it will be up on standupjetski.com

I just got some REVs based on what people have suggested here.

5. You stand reasonably straight in the ski which is nice but you are further back in the tray than with standard footholds. They are very comfortable but take up a lot of tray space. They are easily the coolest looking foothold but are a bit of a pain to install and are expensive at $200. They are custom made to your foot size and shoe type so they take a little while to be delivered.

I love mine so far but they are my first foothlds.

What about Mac Mashers for the SX-R?

is there a foothold that you dont stand so duck footed. its hard to tell from pics

Look at the pictures in this thread Waterdog one side is 24-7's and the other is the new REV footholds from waterdog. If you ride with the waterdog footholds and get on another ski with any of the other footholds (that I have tried) you feel like your heels are touching. They are a ton wider than others I have tried.

added malones to the list...

I just got done cutting up my tray and de-foaming... disappointed my cyclones fell apart when i tore them out.. i think i need to order new holds....

can't decide what kinds tho....

I keep standing in my WCF holds in the garage wishing I liked them as much as my waterdawgs. But I am not cutting this ski apart untill I get to ride it... But I am pretty sure what route I am going to be taking this summer. Give the waterdawgs a shot if you want FOOT holds. If you like the TOE holds then there are alot of thoes to choose from.

I'm still trying to decide myself. I had the old style WCF rickters on my square and liked them however the top of my foot would hurt after a while and at times my feet would get stuck after a bail. I heard the new style rickters were redesigned to cover more of the top of your feet and more comfortable. On the other hand I like design of the REV's but have never tried them. Any input???

Easy solution, get some REV holds. I can't even ride with cyclone or rickters anymore. I have not heard one person that has installed them and wanted to go back to toe holds.
