I got him on the phone after a couple times of trying he told me that placing order via his web site is the best way to get stuff. i did that and got my holds in a week but from what ive read i am not the norm but i love his holds and cant say anything bad about my dealing with him

BTW there is a way you can order via his website without your card being charged and they will shipp the item.....to them it looks like it was paid.......just sayin....it happend to me twice

Soo... What the point? Cause after you buy something your probably not going to get it and then he won't pick up anymore.
Don't you think thats a little overboard? Idk, for me I would exhaust other options before doing that. Changing my CC number would be a major PITA only because I have a lot of reoccurring charges and automatic charges. Having to set everything up again, for me would be a large hassle.
If your using a true credit card, your purchases are protected. If anything, I'd just call the credit card company i'd tell them to not accept charges from that certain region or have the CC company call you before they authorize non local transactions for the next "X" amount of months. I think there are some other options out there than just canceling your card. I'd do that if someone that planned on using your card for fraud got ahold of your information. WDK is an example of unethical business but him having my method of payment isn't something I'd loose sleep over...
I don't think we've seen examples of him charging people for $1,000's for things they never ordered because he would be in jail. I could be wrong but I'd hate to lead the OP in the wrong direction.

I agree canceling the card might be extreme, but there is thread(s) where he has had credit card problems in the past (disputes with customers, cant/wont refund ).

I keep my accounts separated and this cc used only for online stuff. Not the biggest deal. I know what your saying though.

:bsflag:if that was true i would have a titanium mag pump, billet crank, flywheel cover for my 1200 and lots of other small parts for my motor that were already ordered paid for and never recieved. i have told that POS plenty of times to get me squared away with what he already owes me and i would buy more parts

I had no trouble when I ordered my REV footholds, but I don't think I would have ordered them if I had read through every thread before I placed my order. The order took a little longer than I anticipated, but it wasn't long enough where I didn't think I would get them. The quality seems pretty good on them as well.
