I sold my double. It was big enough for two couches and i used to pull it with my old Stang.

Now i will convert my single to a double standup trailer. I dont have a big ski anymore.

Same here. Sold my huge trailer in the fall and just converted my single place to hold both skis.

I'm hoping to sell the X2 you see in back, otherwise I would have needed a 3-place trailer... Two skis is enough for me right now.

I was excited for a minute seeing the B1 ans SJ on a single so I measured mine to see if the HX and Sj would fit...no dice guess I need to keep looking for full size double.

Look at what you started Dan...........

haha. I wish it was my idea. I got the idea off of Ollie Rastabean. It does seem like more and more people are starting to do the conversion now which is awesome. Everyone keeps on coming up with even better ideas and making it that much better. Keep it up guys.

Thrll,
Do you have better pics of your bow stop setup?

Hope these help. Basically, I just took the bow stop bumper off and attached a carpeted 2x4. By positioning it under the old stop, it lines up right under the bows of the skis. So I drilled holes in the 2x4 which are right below the eye hole in the bow of each ski. This way I can run a rope or some other device to secure each ski at the bow.

No worries mon, I have a B1 and SXI on mine, a little tight but a lot easier than hauling a semi!

You would think that some trailer mfg would pick up on the trend and start building a double standup trailer.
But this is a lot more fun, coming up with and idea for something that doesn't exist and then building it yourself.:arms:

. Oh and I put guide ons on the trailer for two reasons. First they help protecting the ski's because my blaster sticks out over the fender and if I am backing into a tight spot I would rather the guide on post hit first. Secondly I got them really cheap. Here are the guide-on posts:

PVC pipe and some u-bolts seem to do the job for me and are quite a bit cheaper :).
