Rickters do not come with the tray padded, just Turf only.

Are you talking about under pad? I just re-turfed a 2012 XFS 2 weeks ago and it had 1/4"-1/2" under pad in the tray.

I guess I just know Rickters well....but I would see that in person and know off the bat it's fake. So many red flags. But owning one helps a lot I guess.

I have seen replica RRP poles, and steering setups out there.....

Maybe with an engine compartment pic it would be obvious but if I got a counterfeit hull u can bet Id be making it aware with pics showing the obvious reasons not just one showing a re-turfed tray

So you figure out how to spot a fake.
The Problem is They could send you your requested pics of the "how to spot a fake area" but the pics They might send are from a real Ricketer, once your satisfied they ship you the fake.
I guess knowing how to tell would still be good for an in person inspection or to help someone else if buying in person or COD

Was it a really cheap hull? It is a splash from a Rickter hull but is it made really poorly? I mean i wouldn't expect a genuine hull for half the price...we all know how that works out.
