Yeah its my motor out of the ROK, and you nailed it on the head I didn't get all the pins lined up correctly. Did you ever get that ski running on the second cylinder?that stinks! is this the motor out of your ROK? I assume bearings werent lined up during install?
I bought a case from a buddy and put the crank in correctly this time. But I am going to try and just drill them out myself see how it goes. Thanks for the offer on the cases though. If you can't find any I have some 61x cases that could get you back riding, but unless you started with them I'm sure there's little interest.
A really good machinist could get those out, but mostly by drilling out larger and making a step dowel or pin. The cost wouldn't be worth it unless you have a high dollar set of cases.

Why did you take the motor back apart?
Yes we did. I dont understand why, but when we flipped the carbs so that the fuel pumps are facing up now (instead of down) it started running on both cylinder....doesn't make any sense, these carbs should run the same in any fashion, but w.e, it runs now lol.
when is bobfest?Haha, lets hope so. So your coming down in September? Lewisville normally comes up to texoma a few times during the summer. Bob fest at Lewisville is pretty awesome too, that would be another 1.5 hour drive for you though.
