If you can't find any I have some 61x cases that could get you back riding, but unless you started with them I'm sure there's little interest.
A really good machinist could get those out, but mostly by drilling out larger and making a step dowel or pin. The cost wouldn't be worth it unless you have a high dollar set of cases.

that stinks! is this the motor out of your ROK? I assume bearings werent lined up during install?
Yeah its my motor out of the ROK, and you nailed it on the head I didn't get all the pins lined up correctly. Did you ever get that ski running on the second cylinder?

I bought a case from a buddy and put the crank in correctly this time. But I am going to try and just drill them out myself see how it goes. Thanks for the offer on the cases though.

Thanks for the input and links guys.

Ive done plenty of these. If they are flush, just tack weld a welding rod to them and pull them out. In some cases tack weld a washer to the pins then the wire. You cant drill them straight and they are also hardened.

Why did you take the motor back apart?

Yes we did. I dont understand why, but when we flipped the carbs so that the fuel pumps are facing up now (instead of down) it started running on both cylinder....doesn't make any sense, these carbs should run the same in any fashion, but w.e, it runs now lol.

I too have done it the "senor way". Except I added a thin phenolic shield with a hole the size of the pin to help alleviate weld splatter. Then heat the case to about 200 deg and pins come out easily

Senor way is a good idea. If it was me I would try using my TIG welder to get it out, no splatter and complete heat control.

That is odd, but at least you have it running maybe in September we can both be riding in stead of wrenching on our ski's all weekend. I tore the motor apart because I wanted to make sure I didn't damage the crank somehow. You remember all those issues I was having with my ski and all my bolts backing out? Well I decided to just pull everything to figure out what was going on. What I found was that the bolts holding the motor mounts to my hull backed out and disappeared through my one way, I couldn't tell while I was at the lake because I could not see underneath my b-pipe. My best guess is that I didn't tighten the bolts down enough and so when they came out one whole side of my motor was loose, which in turn caused vibration enough to make my starter bolts back out, and twisted the motor at enough of an angle to twist and rip up my crank seals. That is why the last time I took it out it kept running lean and dying on me when I hit the throttle. I didn't notice the seals because of how far that motor sits back it wasn't clearly visible. So I am hoping I get everything fixed, and up and running this weekend. Live and learn right lol

Haha, lets hope so. So your coming down in September? Lewisville normally comes up to texoma a few times during the summer. Bob fest at Lewisville is pretty awesome too, that would be another 1.5 hour drive for you though.
