I just want to thank Pat, Chucky, Mike and Rick at X-Scream for their continual support and supplying me with the best engine possible. This is my new SS900 w/Dual 46 I can't wait to get this thing installed in my Rickter XFR and take it for a spin. You whent from a ss865 too a ss900 right ??? Is there soo mush more power that it`s worth going up 35 cc ??? or dit you have too rebuild.
 
It gives me chills. I had a couple of wet dreams after seeing the 865, now the 900. Sick sick sick.

Very nice.
But isnt the cylinder the same, i think i heard that a 865 conversion to 900 was possible. The cc numbers on the engines, is their last bore right? Indeed a very dope engine, exciting to hear ride report, compared to the 827cc :)

The upgrade is possible, they are the same cylinder, but according to Pat It has a more aggressive porting. He said it hits as hard as the older 1000cc. This is on its last bore. I will give a ride report for sure..

Okai, I dont wanna sound like a DB, but that would be pretty crazy if a 100cc smaller stock stroke engine would hit as hard as a 8-10mm stroker of the "same" engine type!? But its gonna be fun to hear the ride report

It sounds weird for a SS900 to hit as hard as the 1000cc, but I'll find out soon enough. I know that the knowledge gained from development and testing with their new 1200cc, have been applied to the SS900. One of X-Scream's goal is to squeeze every horse power out of their package, they accomplished this by fine tuning every little details.

I am sure you will like it but I for the life of me could not put in a new motor that is already at its last bore........ But that 900cc range seams like a sweet spot. I rode Luca's Freak with the DASA 900 and it had every much if not more power than the XScream 1000. Good Luck with it.

I know, I would never consider running a new motor on its last bore either, but I'm confident with the reliability of these motors. Thanks, I can't wait to get this motor in my ski...I'll keep you guys posted on the performance gain.

My bad! I just talked to Rick at X-Scream and my motor is at 865cc. It has two more bores left...
