okai run a restricter as well did you take any action too stop the leaking 0 ring ???
It was this billet 16 mil for ref, also I plugged the 2 center pissers.
Ok so to answer your question, yes I removed the head and pulled the domes, I put the domes on top of cylinder with no orings and pushed the dome around in all directions and could feel the top of my billit cylinder was shaped like a bowl, low in the center and high around the edges. it's on last bore so decided to hand lap the cylinder till over haul. I used this stone, on the light course side of stone and some light oil like wd40 and fogging oil, and with light to no pressure, ran the stone over the deck in a future 8 pattern and back and forth, side to side until the deck was flat. New orings and good to go... new orings about ever 6 months and just a light stoning of deck to clean.
In January I developed a leak between the cylinder & case, mine is rtv no gasket. I found the cylinder was coming Loose from the case and one titanium cylinder bolts head broke off and the bolt backed out, 3 other cylinder bolts lost correct torque. A few hours before I found those cylinder bolt issues, the rear carb came loose, and the bar between the carbs backed off almost completely and the coupler between the carbs came loose.., engine out for overhaul now
