If you are running dual carbs it sounds like you might have a leaking needle + seat in that back carb. I would pull it and see if it is worn.

Do you store your ski with the nose higher than the tail??

Like on a trailer with the tongue "up"?

The ski is in the garage, completely level for the mosty part..
