Lucampits did. He said it felt good ride wise and the 1200 was the most power there

Seems the KDX is a little un-conventional for an AM freestyle hull. It is more SJ based than most and not nearly as tiny. Yet the XS guys seem to nail it on flatwater. Too me it seems like it would lend itself to being a damn good surf hull (Ant Burgess was killing it last year in Daytona). I would like to try a glass (or even carbon) version in the surf.

Interesting on the 1200....

I saw, in person, them making the mold for that ski and happened to see the hull when popped. I cant say how different they are (Tems and XS), but I can tell you it is a different mold.

You are right sniper, the KDX is different than the original KONG hull. I would like to hear some other rider reports on the KDX too.

I rode the Q8 few weeks back not at flatwater Friday in Daytona, and I said I would never buy that hull, didn't feel right, and every turn was a fall, that might be just me.
Also rode Mike Aerial EME 1200,(great guy BTW) hands down better then Q8, pole was very close of what I like , his motor feels very powerful, and strong, that was my first time riding on a polaris motor and what I notice the powerband comes very late, and when comes you better hold on, also rode EME 900, witch was nice and OK for a 900,
KDX was my favorite pick, very nice handling hull, and the 1200 was very impressive, powerband was impressive, pump and motor combination was spot on, I rode the ski on my knee and made some turns and played a bit and couldn't find a bad hook up spot.

Superfreak with the Dasa 1200, was very powerful, and has a lot more potential, and I don't think is even fair to judge the Dasa 1200cc with others 1200 on the market now, our buddy Jason Tricky just drop in the first Dasa 1200 few days before flatwater Friday , so not much time for pump/prop/timing/grates testing, and all others been testing they product for few years,
so Dasa 1200 is doing pretty damm good in my book

this is my honest review, and that doest mean the other stuff is crap,

But last year Ant Burgess was on the old kong hull? The kdx is different yes?
A ride report of the hull would be nice:)

will have one for ya in a few weeks bro. unfortunately few have ridden them that I know. I near begged for a ride on one at FWF but it was hectic and they were busy.

I would guess Tem has to be at the 50 + Badass hulls by now, the badass has been out for 13 months.. Not bad for a wife/husband team..

But no one sells more A/M hulls than RRP, seems if a model slows down , Rick builds a new must have ski...

I'd say having a warehouse in Asia with a full staff helps too, lol
