I'm guessing that it is the same name that you used in the Affordable Power thread that had nothing to do with that thread. I'm also guessing it is the motor that he sold almost 2 years ago. If that is the case, I would say the proper way to handle it would be to have done something then. Who knows what arrangement could have been made then and if the seller knew/had anything to do with that case being welded?

Contact the seller when a problem is found, and then go through PayPal, and then go to negative feedback. Don't start a thread General thread about hypothetical problems to cause drama and then make it about something totally different and start dropping names.

I was going to say something about this the other day but backed off on it. Definitely a few more threads like this popping up these days complaining about customer service or complaining about getting screwed over etc., but no negative feedback being used where the discussion is kept between the customer and the seller.

I am not sure what the goal is, but as with the other threads, they never gain any real traction and derail fairly quickly when more and more details about the said situation start to surface...

js/sj was campaigning heavily in his thread hoping to get people to come out of the woodwork and start citing numbers and problems in the hopes of seeing a flood of people join the ranks to get some action out of trendsetters. It is just a terrible way to handle things, nothing gets done, people just spend time complaining about the situation and saying how things "should be".

In most cases it seems like "it's all over but the crying"....

I'm not thrilled with the shape that last ski I bought off this site was in, contacted the seller and they went quiet. What's starting a negative feedback going to accomplish? Just create drama
