You had better cut at least three inches off the tubes to begin. My stock rn cable is barely long enough and I cut mine three.

Only cut 2 and stock cable fits fine

You got hoed, also I had to get my pole bolt threaded in before tightening the bracket down, or the pivot bolt wouldn't go.

Yes has the plate. Mine came with pole installed.

Wow. Haven't had the smoothest transaction with the buyer. When it rains it pours! Can I even buy a under bracket separately ? Thinking I can buy a piece of 1/4" aluminum and get creative with a hole saw..
