I'm aware. Just curious why you are lowering compression?
Your squish is too tight, rule of thumb is .045"With the new 37cc ADA domes I was getting around .034 front cylinder and .026 rear cylinder. So I put the old 36cc domes in and was getting .04 front and .03 rear. Seems a bit tight to me?
I cut apart the waterbox, after finding a pic of a pre 08 waterbox online they don't look too different.. 2 small 1/2" holes on the bottom for water transfer between the baffle plate and 2x 1 1/2" pipes on the top. It looks like some exhaust travels through those 1/2" holes on the bottom as well, just following the tracks of carbon tells me that. Im not sure yet how im going to modify it, I just want it to have a little deeper sound to it and not obnoxiously loud.
Don't worry he solved it. Buy a new ski and sell everything. Easy fix$$$$

Do you have pictures of the waterbox inside? I've looked online and can't find anything of the baffles. I looked into my RN waterbox and only see 2 3/8" holes on the bottom. I can't see anything on the top, or at least the baffle looks solid up there. I'm using a flashlight and a mirror on the outlet side so I am of course a bit limited on what I can see in there. Looks like there is only the one baffle plate too.
Quote, tag me or PM me if you post a picture so I don't miss it please.
