Yep, Good weekend in Panama City. Not a lot of watching what I ate.

No loss since last time. 190lbs.

Now I need to get some sleep.

Wave- You have a tape worm or something??? Congrat 20lbs in 3 weeks is crazy. Way to go man!

Now I just have to find a way to catch up with Saki.....

Monday to friday, I only gained a half pound.
Weigh in monday night... 217...

That's up four pounds..... arrrgh.

No more fast food....

I didn't weigh in Monday but did this afternoon
270 again I ate like crap last week I was out elk hunting, damn whiskey bottle :banghead: and pizza :banghead: and biscuts and gravy :banghead: and. . . :banghead:
 
Is it too late to get in on this thread?

I've been working out like a madman forever. When I started, my goal was to beef up. I eventually hit 243#, was strong as an ox (ate like one too), built pretty much like a brick $h1t house, but had no endurance.

Now that I'm older (and hopefully wiser), my goals are different. I want to play & not pay! That means strength, endurance & flexibility.

Current specs:
6'
220lbs
35" waist (meaningless to me though)

Goal:
look better in the mirror. Keep up with all you young pups.
