Ive read through countless threads but was still hoping for some advice. My setup is now is in the 1st pic. The pisser that comes off the stinger line hardley sprays anything and at times nothing but smoke.:aargh4: Lines are clear and pisses fine when flushing.

no need to switch the side of the head you run to the headpipe. all you need to change is run the second line from the head to the bottom of the headpipe instead of the top. your headpipe isnt staying full feeding it from the top.

Hey i forgot to mention i have a coffman sizzler, not a b-pipe. Not sure if that matters since fittings are in similar places.

eh, im not so sure about the coffman, but it wouldn't hurt to try. if it doesn't start pissing normal when you put it in the water, i would shut it off and get further info.

well i tried it as in the pic you posted but barely any waster out of the pisser. Do i need to restrict the flow out of my other pisser or something? The one coming off the head flows great but the other is barely anything.

per factory pipe website you are correct sufersmurf.

"Install the 3/8 X 13" waterline (item #10) from the cylinder head fitting to the top barbed fitting on the headpipe and secure both with #6 hose clamps." -factory pipe

i would like some clarity now. i know there are many people running it like the pic i posted. several said they have been running it this way for years. the only other way i saw that even made since is running (for dual cooling) 1 line to the manifold for cooling the cylinder and the 2nd cooling line(from the pump) straight to the headpipe. even then the diagrams showed it being hooked up to the bottom of the headpipe....

But this is for stock "SINGLE" line cooling.

i didnt take that in to consideration.

naples, you may have bigger problems, whether its going to the top or the bottom i would think you should still have water flowing threw the pisser. it may not be cooling properly but "IF" its going in it has to be coming out somewhere....

the water that goes through the headpipe to stinger/pisser is more restricted than the straigh line from head to pisser. and water will most likley go the fastest and easiest way with least resistance. restricting the head to pisser will increase a higher pressure in the system forcing more water through exaust.

This is what i was thinking. How much should i restrict the line?
