Hey all. I started this buildup 2 years ago on another forum. It's about time I finished the f**king thing so.....here goes...

I plan to build an Evil Engineering [EVIL][/EVIL] 61x/760+ motor.
Total hull rebuild with all of the goodies.
I'm working on a few custom mods that I hope will inspire you.
In the next few weeks I'll get this thread up to date and look forward to your input.

This is what I started with. A '90 or '91 hull (not really sure). Dig those graphics!!

I've never seen someone cut it there to de-foam. Interesting.

I dont remember why i cut it there. (Duh). Either to make it easier to add reinforcement or to make removing the exhaust easier....

I wanted to lighten it up wherever possible. With all the extras it'll probably weigh about the same. I made up a carbon fiber exhaust pipe for it n saved a pound or two.

I like the pump cavity scuppers.I am assuming your running a one way?

yeah, there's one way valves inside. If they ever start leaking, I'll put scuppers over them.
I'm just packing up the cylinder (61x) to get big bore sleeves installed!!!

Also reinforced, refoamed and fixed a high spot in the deck...

No, I modified the tank using the original filler neck and cap.

Did you post a pic of that somewhere? The Blowsion filler is like 200 bucks. I'd like a clean nose as well, but not for that price! How'd you do it??
