Eme q8 build

Here r some middle stage pics of the billit bedplates, the proto is being hand built. I will be getting a break down from my cnc guy to make more and prices after testing. They are slotted for motor positions. There will be about 4 more hrs into this side then the other will be made. Between the both sides about 40hrs of time so far.

That is killer!
The only thing left to do will be to make an adjustable length coupler or midshaft so that engine placement can be adjusted AT THE LAKE.
Good stuff man!

They fit on the ski great and slide with ease. Next is getting them to the cnc and milling my company name threw the carb side bedplate, it will lighten it up further aswell. From there off to get anodized natrual finish. I will be testing these with a couple of other people from there these prototypes will be cnc programed. Im going to do a run of 3-4 within the month. Ill get pics up after there anodized and logo is milled and a final lbs vs stock. Ill tell u know there not to far off and they look dam good...plus testing motor placement is cool with adding or subtracting shims on my drivshaft.

I dont know about the sxr waterbox, as i didnt go that route.I dont want to give u false info, a xmetal yes, sxr iffy...i can find out 4 u. chec bac tomorrow and ill have the answer 4 u.

Saw your message on Facebook about waterbox and I don't think it will fit. Either way the stock Kawasaki Box is very heavy, so I used one about half the size that was for a super jet.

Almost have a final product here, SXR titanium ADJ drivshaft. Just havto thread the end for the coupler and machine groves for ur wrech to fit on for on the fly disasembly. The weight...very light 50% savings vs the same length in oem steal. Titanium shims r used to get ur range 2 1/2 from ur disired length in 3/8 incroments. This drive shaft will work in with my billet adj bedplates to alow u to fully customize the weight location for ur ski..maybe u want ur flatwater ski to work better in surf just bring the motor forward. Or depending on ur weight u can maximize ur performance threw balancing ur boat out. I can make any length shaft, Kawi only at the moment.
