So this pipe sounds like a type 9 layed on it's side for better weight distribution with a $500 dollar price increase.hone:
Dry pipes make more power than wet pipes but most racers know that:smokin:
Also with this set up you dont have to worry about busted lord mounts or the pipe shaking itself apart. Pipes mounted to the motor tend to bust bracket welds and or mounts over time.
factory pipes surely has dyno number on their type 9, how much more power is it than the bpipe? Plus you have a world class pipe tuner setting it up specifically for a freestyle boat (knowing very well malone wanted bottem end power) , how can you people think your bpipe is superior in the power dept, ? Bpipes are very reliable, but not the most power by far. i have no doubt that it performs as well as mark baxter says it does.
unfortunatly the small gas tank and no waterbox kill it for me (i played that game and lost).
Actually freestyle engines set up for freestyle don't have a lot of EGT's like a closed course racer engine would have, so I would tend to think this may not be as a big of an issue of the chambers cracking like they did on our GP1200r with triple dry pipes...
We have about 6 months on this new pipe (ride every weekend).
I have always panicked and pressure checked it (about 10 times) and have never had a leak.:arms:
Because people just for some reason will not believe someone who actually knows what they are doing. It is there instinct to disbelieve.
yup and horse power figures sellMore like no matter who it is, in the end, it's someone trying to sell something.
hit it with a hammer and go try it
No dice :skull2:
