What if the boat shipped out with no crack and ran perfect before it shipped? Then what?

This could have easily been a shipping error. I don't see the hull cracks being overlooked but I also don't see them shipping with no intake grate or at least running the engine before shipping the ski but apparently at least 1 of those things did happen so EME messed up. Part of this may have been shipping damage but EME needs to handle the issue.

There have been a lot of jet skis built and shipped over the last 30 years. A lot of Kawi's, a lot of Yamaha's etc. I'm riding a used Trinity that I still have'nt found any cracks. I called EME myself several times over the last few weeks with no answer. This would be unacceptable when buying a bike, car, boat.

FWIW I called Blowsion 7 times in the last 2 days and left 3 voice messages before someone finally answered the phone. I broke a steering nozzle on my trim setup and was calling as a buying customer and made that clear on the messages I left and that I needed it asap.

there is no way the cracks are from shipping. they are both in the same exact spot and there was nothing in the crate that could put stress on that spot

I got the ski running! there was a simple wiring mix up. With the help of eric i got it figured out. And he is handleing the cracks right now. I will go take it for a ride tomorrow and put up a vid for yall

yes. even though it took a long time im really happy it was somethng simple rather than something expensive and hard to fix

If he doesn't represent EME on these matters then maybe he should change his screen name. That's not helping peoples opinion of EME if it looks like they are ignoring the situation

KTM on a jet ski forum its different of EME direct, just my 2 cens
