Working on a couple new projects. Back to my roots of 2 Smoke. We have manufactured Billet Cylinders for 12 years. In the sled industry. here is link http://www.engine-tech.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=1_6&products_id=29

Currently we manufacture Supercharger kits for Sea-Doo and Yamaha. Currently we have our products in racers Like Tray Frame, Amy Green Deans Team Victor Nolan to many world Titles over the last 4 years.

First project will be a 900 for the SJ
Second one will be for the 66E 800 bottom end
I will post the progress with many pic's and vidios of 5 axis machining and dyno runs.

This cylinder will be adapted to the 66E Case

Marks built some killer race skis over the years, been at it longer than most of us have been alive. It's no doubt what ever he produces will be impressive.

He never said two stroke superchargers...he just never specified 4 stroke seadoo and Yamaha.

Good to see you on the boards looking forward to following this.

the main prob w the 66e motor is no one makes a pipe for it
so on your cylinder you will need to make it fit 700 sized pipe/manifold
dont say wdk makes a pipe we all know you cant get them or they dont work

Might as well do motor mounts and intake manifolds if you are building 66E parts, the cylinders are just one small piece of the puzzle. Without intake, exhaust and a mounting solution you probably won't sell but a couple top end kits.

I agree unless you are going to make an upright kit , intakes and exhaust manifolds to fit readily available pipes don't bother with that platform
