Yes the Cylinders are the bigest and hardest part the make correctly. I will also make billet EX MF and i have on of the best pipe builder in the world in my back door. All this is on the way and will be avalible. The price for the 1200 topend will be around 2800, The Ex and intake manifold ? very reasonably priced.

There will also be a 900 for the 62 T case also powervalved the top end price will be around 2600.

I used to build alot of billet topend kits only 6 years ago before the 2 Stroke turbo game came to the sled industry and took over.

Can't wait to get these engines on the Dyno, this project is goint to be awsome also will give me a reason the got test in FL this winter.

I always thought the 66e platform had potential but it seemed like no one ever quite figured it out, everyone had one and then they all disappeared.

It seems you know well what you want to achieve and your pricing seems more real than other similar platforms. Could you expand on the 2 stroke turbo idea - most of us probably heard about it but maybe you could give some insight - many say that 2 stroke turbo is not tuneable.

The 2 stroke turbo's work very good as long as you have fuel injection, The new aftermarket fuel boxes work very good and are reliable. This is only for snowmobile there is way too much lag for watercraft as we all need power now not 1 second later.
The turbo aplication works best at 6000 to 10,000 feet of elevation. Mountain riding point it up a mountain and pin it. EX a 800cc twin can make up to 250hp

I have never had a isue. I make my own valves and they have a stopper tab on each side that stops the valve from ever hitting the piston. As for bellows have no isues. I know some Rotax valvs break. I will get a pic of my valves tomorrow to give you a better understanding.

I received a message from Art about the 900 top-end and he said he would Be working at it hard right after world finals and should have something ready in January.

I'm assuming most of the builders both engine and Hull are busy prepping for world finals
