Yes "regulations" is probably the wrong word. It's flying over highways, houses, windfarms etc that is the main problem as I see it. I get bad feelings when I see aerial vids overflying major public property.

Please read through the page here to get some info on what is going on with UASs. Yes model aircraft are unmanned aerial systems. Anything that can sustain flight without a pilot on board is an unmanned aerial system. Right now it's a very fluid situation and luckily some legislation was put through to help protect models from being overly restricted.

Again I'm just putting the info out there in a friendly manner that a lot of people are looking at model aircraft closely.
Luckily there is a lot of people out there who are fighting hard to keep model aircraft flying for us fun loving hobby guys. I fly everything from tiny rubberband powered models to big jets and everything in between.
