Finally An Aftermarket SJ Exhaust Hose! From Rad Dudes

Is there a reason why you mounted your ebox on the side?
I put in a front foothold in the chan and so I had two options, either mount it flat on top of the ffh o mount it elsewhere, so I mounted it behind the carbs. And by doing this I am able to hide quiet a bit of the wiring and cleanup engine bay. So if I had not put a ffh in then it would be in the stock location but now that I mounted it where I did I may mount like this in the future on other builds :)

Installed mine over the weekend. Nice product, really snug on the bulkhead pipe on my BC but it went on with a little lube.

Not sure what the diameter is of the first gen Xmetal outlet, but I couldn't get this hose around it. Not the hoses or Rad Dudes issue, but just a FYI to other people with that waterbox.

Get a 2nd gen box or an atp box, that thing is going to be so loud

I installed mine this past sunday. It is a great product!

The fit is snug so I just used some dawn dish soap on the bulkhead pipe and also the TDR waterbox. This was installed in a RN SJ. You can't beat this hose for the price! I will have pictures up here soon.

Thanks again to the RAD Dudes for bringing a quality product to the market that is cheaper than OEM.

It wasn't that bad IMO... :dunno: I think I had my Flow control opened up more than it needed to be so maybe it'll get loud if I dry it out.

I guess it just depends on your reference for loud lol, I used to be able to hear Daniel Martin's KDX900 from ~1/4 mile away.... It sounded like an angry beaver on steroids lol. Haven't been around his 1200 except at Daytona.

But yes, the initial quality was very nice, I ended up cutting the 90 off, but I saved it and have short pieces of factory metal exhaust tube that I can use to make an adapter or put the 90 back on.

And x2 on offering the same product to go from the stinger to the waterbox entrance...

Square love. Works well with a new x-metal box when you cut off the exit elbow. Hose is durable and flexible at a great price!

Can you post a pic of it? I haven't seen a stock sn waterbox in along time. How's it exit?

It exits a little more in the middle of the box compared to the exit of a RN box, but the diff is minimal.

I'll take a pic of the longer stock SN hose vs. the shorter Rad Dudes hose tonight so you guys can see the diff.
