Running a RN waterbox in a square does not address the fact that the thru hull exhaust tube is only 2 inches ID, compared to 2.5 inches on a RN and pretty much any a/m hull.

Matt has a point.

I'll see what I can to with the pile of left over silicone pieces and piping that I have from past projects to make it work. If I don't have the right stuff lying around I'll just purchase a transition piece. Gotta make the GF's ski pretty. haha.

I'm running one of these in a RN with a square waterbox. Fits well, not a lot of overlap on the waterbox end. Hell of a lot better than my aluminum tube setup, looking forward to see how it holds up to my super dry exhaust.

Ok so last night I ghetto rigged a solution to make the Rad Dudes Exhaust work on a stock SN with a stock SN waterbox.

The Rad dudes exhaust is too short and the wrong ID (2.5" instead of 2") to connect to the back of the engine compartment at the bulkhead. I used some extra pieces I had lying around from past projects. I probably should have bought a transition coupler, but this is going on my girlfriends ski, just to make it "pretty" and the ski doesn't usually see a lot of airtime.

I took a piece of left over 2" OD exhaust piping ~6" long and used two 2" ID silicone couplers. I used one coupler to connect my 6" piece of exhaust piping to the exhaust piping at the bulkhead. I put the other 2" coupler over the other end of the 6" piece of piping and made it flush with the end, thus making the OD at that end close to 2.5". This end slid snugly (is that a word?) into the end of the Rad Dudes Exhaust Tube (with a little windex to help slide it in) and I clamped it all together with the supplied T-bolt hose clamp. The setup is pretty sturdy and isn't going anywhere.

Hope this helps anybody concerned about ordering one for a stock SN ski. You just need a couple extra pieces and you're good to go.

So I never thought it would happen, but we ran out of Black. We still have red, green, blue, and purple all in stock ready to ship.
Going to be 6 weeks or so or black. But lack is boring, buy a color and spice up that engine bay!

How long r these

Just over 3ft

Why wouldn't you have this info on your website?? I would have never ordered this $100 useless hose. Will you pay for return shipping?
