Finally rode a sit down this past weekend in Havasu

After riding it, i have to say, anyone who dares to jump waves with one or ride one.... has my respect..... i just know not for me

I discovered the real danger, putting them back on the trailer.

Until I finish dredging under my 2nd lift, I have one couch still on the trailer. Saturday, I pull up at the ramp and go to get the trailer. I realized I left my keys on the ski and returned to it. While leaning over to open compartment to get the keys, I slipped and went head first into the ski, and then down into the water catching my hip on the side before going under.

The good news was that I still had my vest on so that my body would have been easy to find had I gone unconcious and drowned.
