Freestyle First flatwater Super flip ever performed by an amateur – Alexander “Aleks” Petrovic

I don't think he can run for President even if he is # 1 , something in the (I forgot) of the United States of America bylaws . Way to go Alex ! that is awesome what ever any one wants to call it, big balls for sure , could easily end up with broken wrists with this heavy move imo.

uh, this is not like a job. you pay your fees, join IJSBA and compete. doubt they check for a green card.

Let me put it another way. Somehow, I get the impression the man is fairly new to this country. I think I once read that you used to compete yourself Harrison, but I have no idea if you ever traveled abroad to do so. How do you imagine you would you feel if you went to another country, probably did not know many people, won some type of competition, and then so very many people from that country turned around and disrespected you? My point is: I find the treatment the man is receiving quite embarrassing.

I watched him at the Montgomery Race. He is enabled to pull off some big tricks because of his use specific hull and big motor. But as far as watching him put a routine together, he is an amatuer with back flips. His routine did not flow. Gil can put a better flowing routine together.

But Congrats on the Nat. Championship.

Don't take offense and I am not starting a war. Do you seriously thinks He would go through 14 rounds of competition with 1100 without being disqualified? Also, two competitors were disqualified for running big motors in the final rounds and Aleks was the only one with a legal one. Plus his ski was always available to the fans at each round.

Honestly, Tech is a joke. There is only one way to find out. Measure the bore and stroke. They do not do that. Been there done that from 1999 - 2008. Never once had a single part removed from my race ski's or freestyle ski's. Never once got even looked at on the freestyle ski other than the pre race safety check.

So, yeah, he could easily go through all 14 rounds. It has happened before. Again, I am not saying he was illegal. Only that he told me when I asked what size motor that it was an 1100.

Who were the two that DQ'd?

No he will not!
Who were the two that DQ'd?

Brenden was on Malone's ski, Johnny was on mine. Nobody was DQ'd in the formal sense, it was discussed prior to the competition beginning since both their skis were having issues and they had no other options. There was no technical inspection done, Alex agreed to not be scored since Brenden and Johnny could not be, therefore a local guy on a Sea-Doo won moto 1 on Saturday. Sunday was back to fair-play, and Alex won that day hands down. He earned this championship for sure, Johnny didn't let him get away with many mistakes.

Since you are the OP, and you are answering your own question (as if you already knew the answer), it really (truly) seems as if you are either:
  1. the promoter of that individual
  2. his boyfriend
  3. a spam bot
  4. all of the above
Flat water does not hold an interest for me personally, so I do not keep up with it, but two videos you recently posted drew my attention, and then I noticed your recent drone of posts…very strange they are: http://www.x-h2o.com/search.php?searchid=955892&pp=

Since it seems that you post about nothing else other than that individual, what is the explanation for this please?

huh.....

Can anyone from anywhere compete, or do they have to be a resident for a certain amount of time?

you can compete in most comps anywhere in the world , its not europe or asia fault that americans dont turn up to these events . Most american never leave their shores , its the same with Moto cross , supercross , supermoto road racing etc , go to the german , spanish ,italian . french , british and asian championship everyone one of these has Australian and other European guys competing in them the , there is 1 american in the world MX and Hopper is riding in the Britih superbike series thats it .
the trouble is if someone come to the USA and wins everyone gets there nose out of joint , look at Matt Maliden and Chad Reed they are not liked in the US at all because they won .
jet ski's freeride freestyle and racing has the most americans competing overseas yet there are only 3-4 that travel to all the big events , why ? because they make more money in the USA doing what they do compared to everywhere else .

also remember when guys come to the usa to compete they are spending a :):):):) load of money , building skis or bikes , hotels , rental cars etc etc etc you need to encourage people to come from outside to compete as it boost the sport and the local economy

Thank you for your well spoken insight Shane. As you realize, I think it is great your little girl, Angel, is so very talented. I hope that if she ever comes here to compete, she is treated with decency by all. Please let me know when you and your family visit, for I wish to meet her.

And btw, I have no idea what Maliden or Reed do for competition, but I guess they ride motorcycles?

Yes matt was 5 or 6 time AMA superbike champion , chap has won the AMA supercross and motocross championships I used motorcycles as an example as that's what I was involved in
We are flying to Florida this Friday for 9 days but Angelina didn't want to go so she is going to Thailand to visit her friends and stay with our old maid . Funny I can't remember going for a weeks holiday to another country when I was 7 :)

You could possibly encounter some turbulence upon landing, so have fun with that (I would)!

His motor is 865

From what i know he is running a 8mil stroker 862cc the same OLD COMBO that keeps willing amature for years even the old man pat bogart won with this motor combo. Any clue how many people won anature with this motor combo? I believe that is the engine that won last year too.. nationals and finals?? i do believe alex had a dasa 1100 sticker and said it was as a joke because so many people give him a hard time about his riding they can't believe how much training and how good he has got in the short amout of time..

See how he does at world.. he ain't no slacker in the riding department... There will be other good riders at finals go and see !!!
