Heat gun heat gun heat gun! Or your girls blow dryer. I used one solid sheet on the bottom, one for each side and one on the dash. The only seems were in the holds. Just get drunk and tackle it, that was also my first ski. Good luck. And no worries I was scared also.

Put down some underpad today, i need to turf then put on my reg stickers and my bruins stickers and i will be FINISHED.....haha if they are ever finished

Ran out of dap....if it's not one thing it's another! I finished the bottom, i know what your thinking why did you do the bottom first? I plan on attending my last ride of the season this weekend and i wont have time to finish everything turf wise between now and then so i did what i could to get by for the weekend. I surprised myself with the bottom, i know its the easy part but it turned out way better than i thought it would.

"This is where the pictures would be if my phone wouldn't have died." I will snap some when i get home tomorrow.

Got more dap but got lazy so heres the pics of last nights progress i might finish tmro. I will also redo the corners there are some bigger gaps than i wanted.

Man way to stay at it with this build. its good to see this thing come together. I remember how much research I did before I bought my Tom21 hood. That's a cool ski you have there. enjoy!

Its not near the caliber of a lot of the builds on here but my skills and knowledge continue to grow . Its funny to look back at your first few posts and say wow i have learned so much! I hope to keep building skis and them to get better and better each one. Once i finish school i will probably build another one depending how quickly i can get a big boy pay raise lol.

i got some more tray time on her this weekend. I am in love with this hood its pefect for my style of riding. I hit some huge wakes off a cabin cruiser for a good 20 mins no issues. Would have ridden more than a tank if some jackwagon wouldnt have stolen our gas cans from the beach.

ok, i am not understanding this. excuse my newbish ways... but water gets to the head via the two ports on the bottom of the exhaust mani??? assuming that... the water, without a flow control valve between the head and pisser, will want to flow most to the path of least resistance... so instead of filling up your pipe, that water would rather flow out the pisser... right??? and then, when you add a flow control valve reducing water flow after the pipe, it will increase the pressure that much more.... it just seems like you are going to have a lot of your cooling going out one pisser and barely any water coming out your second pisser...
