Just now readin this here thread. Yer picks are all effed up brah. Jus sayin...
So I found this pick of yer moter. I don't see them there fittins that you have in yer drawin.

But... yer drawin looks perdy much right two me. You aint got it in there, but I spose you'll have the other fittin off the head runnin to a pizzer?

Oh snap, I just noticed you got a line goin to won of dem stangers on the chamber. You gon get a Jatworks Flow Control for it?

run both outlets off the head.

one to pipe, one to pisser.
The pipe exit line should go to the stinger and to the pisser with a T like you have drawn there.

A flow control or a restrictor in the stinger will help with bottom end.

yes except i put the flow control after the T or Y and before the stinger. not getting the water out of the cooling jackets fast enough is bad in warm water at WOT and having the flow control before the T is bad for that.

you just need to adjust the flow control accordingly

More pictures of the same thing i need to go into town tmro and get a coupler for inbetweeb my pipe and waterbox and i should be ready to hit the water.

Maiden voyage today lasted all of 30 seconds due to no water coming out of the bypasses. I brought it home popped the hood and checked my lines the line from the pump to the manifold had a kink in it right where it enters the mani. Fixed that took it back to the lake and all I can say is wow! This ski is everything I had hoped for, my stockish 61x motor with a non-girdled ADA head Coffman sizzler pipe and TDR water box hit nicely. The hooker ohh baby the hooker is amazing great hook up. A huge thanks goes out to Tom21 for building a great hood. It takes the steering position from the x2 I love and uses it on a superjet. I had planned on winterizing this pig today but I need to ride it some more before putting her up for the winter.

Started turfing today, i have the bottom and part of the sides cut as well as the underpad. I'm pretty nervous about doing it but i guess it's the only way to learn.

The bottom and bottom sides are obvious but as far as the top sides can i turf them without seams? No splicing the corners just one solid sheet?

you should be able to. Use a heat gun and wear a welding glove so you cant handle the hot turf. If you get it hot enough it will stretch over anything.
