That is a cool idea. Maybe I'll pick up a stock one and mess with it since I have s ton of glass and epoxy left. In the meantime I want to get this thing on the water lol

Yup rails too, without bumpers. I'm gonna see if I can just order the rails from the hydroturf kit from them. I didn't plan my turfing well enough so I'll need another sheet or just the rails if they'll sell them

Turfing could have gone a little smoother, but overall I'm happy. Still have to fix/superglue a couple little spots. Now I gotta finish the front foothold and turf it. Also the kick tail height came out perfect after a couple hours spent shaping that

Wow kick tail turned out great. I think you made a good choice doing the bottom in black turf. Seems like white on the bottom would get dirty pretty quick.
On a side note, dont forget to bolt ebox mounts on before you turf the front. Lol

Yeah I'm actually still trying to figure out how I want to mount the foothold since I want to make it bolt on and removable. I'm trying to figure out if I can incorporate the ebox holes and hardware

Haven't had much time lately to work on this, but here is how the bottom turned out and pole and the front foothold. Hope to start putting the pump and whatnot in later this week

This build has been fun, and still needs some time to get it built, but the best part is having Chris at JetManiac 10 mins away to supply every bolt and part possible, as well as pick his brain on the daily for help and advice.
I might be bias but seriously hit up JetManiac with ANY piece for a build
